Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) seeks a Principal/Sr. Principal Engineer to maintain and enhance capabilities for the National Space Intelligence Center cloud infrastructure at Wright Patterson AFB.

You will work with senior leadership and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver robust infrastructure solutions. Successful candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have 5+ years of relevant experience (3+ with a Master’s), and demonstrate strong cloud, IaC,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with infrastructure components, including network, storage, Linux/Windows, and IT security concepts.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with IaC, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement and enhance cloud infrastructure capabilities.
• Work with senior leadership and stakeholders; communicate project statuses and blockers.
• Follow Agile development processes and full lifecycle development.
