Job summary

Sarela Technology Solutions seeks a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Engineer SME to support DoD cloud modernization. The role focuses on secure Azure solutions, hybrid architectures, and enterprise identity management in classified environments. You will translate mission requirements into scalable cloud designs with a hands-on engineering approach.

Responsibilities include designing landing zones, governance, and PAM, while ensuring RMF and STIG compliance. DoD experience and TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• DoD-appropriate cloud design and engineering experience required.
• Minimum five years designing and implementing Azure enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience with hybrid Azure environments and on-premise integration.
• Experience with Entra ID governance capabilities and IAM solutions.
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, and ATO processes for DoD environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure Azure cloud solutions for DoD missions.
• Deploy hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem with Azure services.
• Manage enterprise identity and governance, including PAM and access reviews.
• Develop IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Configure Azure networking, security, and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, systems engineering, and development teams.
• Produce architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
