Job summary

SubcontractorHub is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to own and evolve the cloud platform. You will architect, build, and operate AWS-based infrastructure, migrate to IaC, and guide a growing engineering team to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient operations.

You will lead multi-tenant design, deployment observability, and platform engineering practices, collaborating with backend and frontend teams to maintain high reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infra/DevOps/platform engineering.
• At least 3 years in senior/architect capacity.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience: ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement target-state cloud architecture and IaC for multi-tenant isolation and cost efficiency.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and developer tooling for a 50+ engineer team.
• Guide backend teams during infrastructure changes to minimize disruption and ensure reliability.
