Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer I to architect, scale, and secure our AWS-based platform. You will drive DevOps practices, build self-service IaC, and partner with security to maintain FedRAMP-ready configurations.

You'll collaborate with Engineering to deploy new services, respond to incidents, and mentor junior engineers while optimizing performance, resilience, and cost across global environments.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud engineering or platform engineering.
• Experience with AWS, IaC, and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP or high-security cloud environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure end-to-end for high availability and scale.
• Design and implement IaC templates and automation workflows.
• Maintain audit-ready security configurations and patching.
• Collaborate with Engineering to launch services and handle incidents.
• Monitor platform performance with Datadog and optimize costs.
• Mentor junior Cloud Engineers through code reviews.
