3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based solutions across AWS and/or Azure. You will optimize infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure governance and compliance for enterprise workloads.

You’ll build with IaC, manage CI/CD pipelines, and partner with security and DevOps teams to uphold cloud security, FinOps, and observability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering in a production enterprise environment (AWS and/or Azure required).
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or equivalent) and version control (Git).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud security principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a cloud-native context.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy cloud architectures across AWS and/or Azure that meet performance, security, availability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
• Architect and implement cloud networking, compute, storage, and identity constructs with security built in from the outset.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and patterns; build evidence-based adoption cases balancing cost and sustainability.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code frameworks for repeatable, auditable provisioning.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure and application deployments with automated rollback.
• Automate operational tasks—patching, scaling, monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards and data governance policies; implement controls for identity and encryption.
• Monitor security posture and remediate misconfigurations; integrate CSPM tooling into workflows.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to align cloud security with regulatory frameworks including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA where relevant.
• Drive FinOps and platform engineering standards; contribute to guardrails and post-incident improvements.
