Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Professional Services team is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving customer outcomes and ensuring alignment with performance, security, and scalability goals. You will advance to increasingly complex programs, shape cross-organizational strategies, and establish best practices in cloud project management while maintaining a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
