Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects for our clients.

You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations and bridge business requirements with technical solutions. You will distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose problems, and make informed trade-offs while managing risks and ensuring outcomes align with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
• Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
