Job summary

Amazon’s AWS ProServe division seeks a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solutions, combining scope management, technical depth, and strong leadership.

You will bridge business needs with AI-led technical outcomes, guide discussions with executives, and drive projects to successful completion while managing risk and ensuring customer value. Expected to leverage Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, maintaining AWS certifications and shaping cross-organizational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level execs and other stakeholders for enterprise deals.
• Preferred: 5+ years delivering customer engagements in professional services.
