Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex AWS-based cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe.

You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive client outcomes, bridging business requirements with technical solutions and applying AWS Well-Architected and CAF frameworks. You will validate solutions, manage risks, and communicate across technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience.
• 1+ years of working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
• Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
