Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects, bridging business requirements with technical outcomes and applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and CAF. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams to secure customer value and manage risk throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA).
Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
