Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within AWS ProServe. You will pair technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful client implementations.

You will translate business requirements into technical tasks, guide engineering discussions, and manage risks while ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related science/technical fields.
• Experience in communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with the project management of technical projects.
• Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
