Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe.

You will combine technical credibility with project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations and align customer outcomes with technical solutions. You will validate technical solutions against business goals, manage risks, and communicate effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience.
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements experience.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
