Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solutions. You will bridge business requirements with technical outcomes, drive project leadership, and guide AWS-based implementations for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale experience.
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
