Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Engagement Manager in the ProServe Strategic Industries Delivery Practice to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects for clients.
You will combine scope management, technical expertise, and strong leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. With 5+ years in Agile leadership and enterprise IT engagements, you will work with executives and cross-functional teams, leveraging AWS frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
- 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
- 5+ years of cloud computing experience
- Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects
- Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS best practices
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align outcomes
- Distill needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes
- Decompose complex problems into deliverable solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation and standards
