Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects for diverse clients.

You will blend business requirements with technical solutions, drive architectures, and manage risks while ensuring customer outcomes and AWS Well-Architected practices are applied. You will coordinate multiple Agile teams, influence stakeholders across levels, and deliver projects that meet performance, security, and scalability goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
5+ years of cloud computing experience
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
