Job summary

STR’s Systems Development Division is seeking a Senior Cloud Software Engineer to advance DevSecOps for embedded RF systems and radar software. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize deployment across IL4/IL5/IL6 environments, and ensure secure, scalable software delivery for Air-to-Air programs.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, and document pipeline architectures while promoting secure coding practices. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen eligible for Top-Secret clearance.
BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with DevSecOps pipelines on a DoD development effort.
Experience with AWS or Azure in IL4/IL5/IL6 environments.

Responsibilities

Implement DevSecOps pipelines across the CI/CD toolchain.
Support pipelines in unclassified and classified environments.
Configure and maintain multi-classification development environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable tooling and compliance.
Coach team members on DevSecOps best practices.
Identify improvements and implement enhancements.
Document pipeline architecture and processes.
Evangelize DevOps and support testing and debugging.
