Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Aurora, CO is seeking a senior DevSecOps engineer to lead CI/CD design and optimization for cloud-enabled systems. You will drive automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments while collaborating with development, security, and operations teams onsite.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience with containerization, IaC, and cloud deployments to ensure secure, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tools.
• Experience using automated security tools such as SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Ability to integrate automated testing, scanning, and quality gates into build and deployment workflows.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 8+ years.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns and managed services.
• Knowledge of configuration management and environment automation.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and secure-by-design practices.
