Verisys is seeking a hands-on Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with deep AWS expertise to build, secure, and scale the infrastructure behind our healthcare credentialing platform. This remote role centers on DevOps, cloud engineering, and systems administration across Windows and Linux.

You will manage on‑prem Nutanix, container platforms (Rancher and ECS Anywhere), SSL/TLS certificates, CI/CD pipelines, and automation with Python and PowerShell.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or sysadmin roles.
• Experience supporting production workloads in AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and operate secure AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, ECS, S3, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch).
• Manage infrastructure as code (CloudFormation) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Serve as Linux SME: provisioning, hardening, patching, and performance tuning across servers.
• Administer Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, IIS).
• Manage Nutanix Prism Element/Prism Central cluster health and data protection.
• Automate configuration with Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Systems Manager.
• Own SSL/TLS certificate renewals and installations across IIS and Linux.",
