Job summary

Pegasystems seeks a Lead Cloud Delivery Specialist to lead complex cloud transformations and client engagements in a fully remote role for US-based candidates. You will drive on-prem to cloud migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure production-ready environments while shaping cloud delivery practices.

The role requires 8+ years in cloud delivery with strong communication and leadership skills, and preference for Pega CLSA/CSSA certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
• Strong Pega platform knowledge is a huge plus; ideally a CLSA or CSSA certification.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements.
• Comfort working directly with client technical leaders and project stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new cloud capabilities and technologies.
• High standards for quality, accountability, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Serve as a key escalation point for multi-domain technical issues within cloud delivery engagements.
• Ensure environment readiness across development, test, and production.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, escalating as needed and driving mitigation plans.
• Partner with client and internal stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and success criteria.
• Execute delivery plans while balancing immediate client needs with long-term platform health.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Drive resolution of high-severity issues by coordinating with engineering, product, support, and cloud operations teams.
