Amazon’s AWS Professional Services ProServe delivers complex, outcome-driven cloud and AI programs for clients in Dallas and beyond. The Sr.

Engagement Manager owns end-to-end delivery, shaping scope with executives and ensuring profitable outcomes. You will lead AI-enabled delivery across requirements, design, code generation, testing and operations, balancing performance, security and cost while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 2+ years leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters/Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex, outcome-based cloud and AI programs end to end, accountable for customer business outcomes, delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Shape scope, define measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria, and confirm what we commit to is deliverable.
• Negotiate scope, milestones and trade-offs with customer executives, and manage fixed-price engagements with change control and margin protection.
• Forecast revenue against milestones and manage engagement financial health, including accurate estimates and timely billing.
• Lead delivery teams that use AI across the lifecycle, challenging AI-generated output and balancing security, performance, scalability and cost.
• Orchestrate mixed teams of AWS builders, APN partners and customer-integrators to a single quality bar with clear accountability and automated quality gates.
• Drive customer-side change management and adoption to realize business value.
• Report progress to senior stakeholders in terms of business value and act on risk indicators before escalations.
• Contribute reusable assets and AI-enabled delivery practices to make engagements faster and more repeatable.
