Job summary

ClickHouse, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud to lead the development and delivery of the product.

You will work closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to define and execute a compelling cloud-native database roadmap. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management for cloud-based SaaS, with deep familiarity in database or distributed systems, and hands-on SQL experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in cloud-based SaaS.
• Strong background in database systems, distributed systems, or real‑time analytics.
• Hands-on SQL and understanding of query execution, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or other columnar databases.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, focusing on cloud-native DB capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and deliver improvements to core DB engine, storage, and query optimizer.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights guiding product decisions.
• Work with design, marketing, ops, and sales on feature launches and product positioning.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Act as primary point of contact for all product-related communications.
