Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer based in the northeast to guide pre-sales activities for our SLED sales team. You will drive technical programs, architect solutions, and evangelize Rubrik’s hyper-converged data management platform to enterprise, mid‑market, and small business customers across the region.

You will lead technical sales calls, deliver demos, and collaborate with account teams to secure revenue while advising customers on cloud data protection, disaster recovery, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales engineering experience preferably in software or data center environments.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to our SLED sales team in the northeast.
• Lead and participate in technical sales calls and demos.
• evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik’s data management platform.
• Act as trusted technology advisor to customers and internal teams.
• Develop solutions meeting customer technology and business requirements.
• Mentor and guide partners and account teams to drive revenue.
