ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a Cloud Computing Support Lead to provide senior technical leadership for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission-critical workloads in a regulated environment.

The role requires designing, implementing, and operating secure, resilient cloud platforms across major providers, leading incident response, and mentoring engineers on IaC, containerization, and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 8–15 years designing, implementing, and operating complex infrastructure or cloud environments in an enterprise or federal IT setting.
• Significant hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Extensive experience leading incident, problem, and change management for high-visibility or mission-critical services.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Translate requirements into scalable landing zones and platform standards.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices including IAM, network segmentation, encryption.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for cloud incidents across teams.
• Develop standards, SOPs, diagrams, and recovery procedures.
• Mentor engineers on automation, scripting, and reliability practices.
