ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to serve as senior technical expert for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission‑critical workloads in a highly regulated environment.

The role designs, implements, and operates secure, resilient, and scalable cloud platforms across major providers, translating business and solution requirements into standardized architectures, landing zones, and automation patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience designing, implementing, and operating complex infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Significant hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Extensive experience leading incident, problem, and change management for high‑visibility services.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and landing zone designs.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Apply cloud security best practices including IAM, segmentation, encryption, and key management.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA across teams to restore services and prevent recurrence.
• Develop standards, SOPs, diagrams, and recovery procedures for cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers on automation, scripting, and reliability practices.
