Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Account Manager to join the Frontier AI TAM team. You will guide customers through complex AI/ML model training and inference deployments, ensuring production-grade, scalable, and secure cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic technical engagements for enterprise AI/ML workloads, including distributed training architectures.
• Architect and validate production‑grade AI/ML training and inference solutions using SageMaker HyperPod and HPC tools.
• Enable customer success with HPC capabilities, LLMs, PINNs, and MLOps pipelines.
• Drive business outcomes with scalable GPU/Trainium deployments, NCCL optimization, and capacity planning.
