This role focuses on AI/ML HPC strategies, guiding Frontier research customers through scalable training and inference challenges, and coordinating with AWS engineers and service teams to ensure operational health and resilient cloud environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
• 5+ years technical engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver Strategic Technical Engagements for enterprise AI/ML workloads, including distributed training architectures.
• Architect and validate production-grade AI/ML training and inference solutions.
• Enable customer success with HPC capabilities and MLOps pipelines.
• Partner with service teams to optimize training throughput and drive adoption of AWS AI/ML services.
