ServiceNow is hiring a Senior (DevOps) Machine Learning Engineer in Santa Clara, CA, onsite, to build cloud AI/ML solutions powering intelligent enterprise services. You’ll work in a production-focused environment with strong emphasis on Kubernetes operations, observability, and end-to-end ownership, from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver cloud AI/ML solutions for enterprise services.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to ship quality software.
• Own code end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Deploy, scale, and operate production Kubernetes with Helm and CI/CD.
• Own observability with meaningful metrics, logs, tracing, and alerts.
• Debug incidents, participate in on-call, perform root-cause analysis.
