ServiceNow Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is building intelligent AI/ML solutions to transform enterprise work experiences. You will join a team of researchers, engineers, and product managers delivering scalable AI-powered services for 5k+ customers worldwide.

Work with product owners to design, implement, test and deploy high-quality software, operating in production Kubernetes environments with observability, tracing, and robust incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML solutions for enterprise software.
• Strong coding skills in Go or Python with focus on performance and scalability.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and modular architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML features and platforms used by enterprise customers.
• Deploy, scale, and operate services in production Kubernetes environments.
• Own code from design through testing to delivery and monitoring; participate in on-call and run root-cause analysis.
