Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced senior software engineering leader to guide a medium-to-large product team in designing, delivering, and maintaining AI‑forward solutions. You will lead hands-on development, set technical direction, and drive quality and speed across the team.

The role emphasizes aligning business and technical requirements, while mentoring colleagues and shaping modern development practices, including Kubernetes and containerized architectures.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and NLP tasks.
• CI/CD delivery using code management and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Develops strong working relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provides a leadership role for the work group to deliver the project.
• Drives consistency to processes, standards, and technology design.
