TitleEase LLC seeks a high-performance Closer Manager/Escrow Officer to lead production and documentation of real estate closings across multiple jurisdictions. You own files from contract to ready-to-close, ensuring lender and company requirements are met with precision.

The role demands 5+ years in senior closing or title roles across several states, TRID/RESPA expertise, and hands-on use of Qualia or Resware to deliver flawless closing packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior-level closing or title role across multiple states.
• Expert knowledge of the real estate title process, TRID/RESPA compliance.
• Hands-on experience with settlement software such as Qualia and Resware.

Responsibilities

• File Ownership & Technical Management: manage a high-volume, multi-state production pipeline to move files from contract to ready-to-close.
• Advanced Settlement Preparation: prepare and audit CDs, HUD-1 and conveyance documents with penny-perfect accuracy.
• Title Curative & Analysis: review title commitments and lender instructions to clear complex requirements for clear-to-close.
• Technical Stakeholder Coordination: act as lead liaison for lenders and realtors to resolve roadblocks for timely closings.
• Document Organization: prepare, review, and organize complete closing packages in recordable form.
