PNC, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Closely Held Business Advisor III to manage fiduciary assets within Private Bank. The role emphasizes governance, asset evaluation, and collaboration with fiduciary teams to optimize administration of closely held assets.

The candidate will oversee asset reviews, coordinate committee presentations, and provide guidance on complex asset strategies while mentoring junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Strong understanding of estate planning, fiduciary administration and related documents.
• Experience with closely held businesses and private equity structures.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior team members and lead initiatives.
• Proven skills in financial statement analysis, valuation, and investment assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Make business decisions on new closely held assets and assess asset acceptance.
• Coordinate asset administration plans and committee presentations with fiduciary teams.
• Lead relationships with internal partners for acquisition, reporting and sale of assets.
• Conduct fiduciary reviews of assets and provide investment/fiduciary recommendations.
• Provide compliance-based reporting and oversee asset reviews and exceptions.
