Responsibilities

• Make business decisions on closely-held assets and evaluate assets for acceptance and administration.
• Coordinate committee presentations for asset acceptance and disposition reviews.
• Lead relationships with internal partners to support asset acquisition, reporting and sale.
• Perform fiduciary reviews of closely-held assets and provide investment/fiduciary recommendations.
• Provide compliance-based reporting for assets flagged as exceptions and oversee reviews.
