Job summary

PNC seeks a Closely Held Business Advisor III within the Private Bank to base in a PNC office location. The role involves evaluating closely-held assets, coordinating fiduciary reviews, and collaborating with fiduciary and sales teams to manage new business opportunities.

The position emphasizes in-office work with regular presence in the office or field, ensuring compliance and client service excellence within our Private Bank division.

Qualifications

• Strong fiduciary administration, investment, and estate planning experience.
• Understanding of operating agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
• Understanding of closely held businesses and private equity structures.
• Strong financial statement, business valuation and/or investment analysis skills.
• Willingness to collaborate, mentor, and coach junior team members; prior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make business decisions regarding new business that includes closely-held assets and evaluates ability to accept these assets.
• Coordinate and operate committee presentations with advisors and other committee chairs for asset administration or disposition reviews.
• Lead relationships with internal partners to support asset acquisition, reporting and sale.
• Coordinate fiduciary reviews of assigned assets and make investment/fiduciary recommendations for monthly meetings.
• Provide compliance-based reporting and oversee reviews for assets accepted.
