Job summary

UMB Bank seeks an experienced CLO Specialist to support the largest clients with sophisticated CLO product needs. You will manage day-to-day client services, ensure internal controls, and collaborate with senior staff on process improvements.

You will handle cash and investment transactions, billing, and compliance checks while guiding junior staff and contributing to product development initiatives in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CLO or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant CLO industry experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and internal controls within the CLO team.
• Assist with cash and investment transactions, fee adjustments, and billing.
• Lead trainings on CLO products and services.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to negotiate document provisions.
