Victor Care Network in California seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the program, ensuring high-quality mental health services and strong team performance.

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, you will supervise staff, manage training, maintain documentation, coordinate with community agencies, and uphold MediCal standards while promoting a supportive, learning-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years post-license experience and/or post-master's management experience in a related field.
• Clinical license issued by the appropriate State agency (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) per agency standards.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control the delivery of mental health services in line with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.
• Ensure documentation and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with Agency and MediCal standards.
• Provide clinical supervision and performance management of program staff.
• Develop and maintain on-the-job training and orientation of new staff.
• Monitor and control the referral and intake process, maintaining high quality service delivery and good working relations within the community being served.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and reporting programs related to clinical services, and participate on Quality Improvement teams as assigned.
• Provide back-up clinical and case management services, when needed.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with community agencies and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call services.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
