Job summary

Victor seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the program’s clinical services in California. You will manage treatment service teams under supervision of the Executive Director/Regional Director, ensuring quality and compliance with agency standards.

Requirements include a Master’s or Ph.D. in Social Work or Psychology, and a state-licensed clinical credential (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) with post-licensure management experience.

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Two years post-license or post-master management experience.
• Clinical license issued by State agency (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and deliver mental health services per standards.
• Ensure documentation and case records meet MediCal standards.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff performance management.
• Develop on-the-job training for new staff and orientation.
• Manage referral/intake processes and maintain community relations.
• Support quality assurance and participate in improvement teams.
• Provide back-up clinical and case management services as needed.
• Build relationships with community agencies and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call clinical services.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
