Job summary

The Artful Life Counseling Center and Studio in Salem/Beverly MA seeks a Senior Clinician & Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services and mentorship. You will maintain your caseload, supervise licensed clinicians, and contribute to program development in a DEI-informed framework.

This is a full-time, exempt role requiring 35-40 hours weekly, with expectations for supervision coverage, CE facilitation, and collaboration with Directors to advance clinical quality and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Three years post licensure counseling experience (LMHC) or 1 year post licensure experience (LICSW).
• Must complete internal ALC Supervisory Training/Orientation prior to supervising clinicians.
• Alignment with ALC’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal clinical caseload of 23–25 clients per week.
• Provide clinical supervision to provisionally-licensed clinicians.
• Facilitate CE events and supervisee development.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies.
• Lead organizational collaboration with directors and teams.
• Support supervisees' wellbeing and professional growth.
