Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services, Salem Clinic, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinicians and interns, provide supervision, and deliver direct clinical services to individuals, families, or groups using evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field and is licensed (LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in MA).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensed at Independent level required (LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in MA).
• Four years post-master's experience and minimum two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and interns.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with policies.
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
