Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical research management or related leadership.
• Experience working with IRBs, Sponsors/CROs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study execution from initiation through close-out ensuring timelines and protocol compliance.
• Monitor site revenue, expenses, budgets, and payments to maximize profitability.
• Develop detailed operational plans including staffing and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and audit readiness per GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Lead site team meetings and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain data integrity through source verification and timely data entry.
