Job summary

Empathx Clinical Research in Houston is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations across Psychiatry, CNS, and psychedelic studies (Phase I–IV). You will supervise site staff, coordinate with sponsors and CROs, and ensure enrollment targets and protocol compliance are met.

Required are ICH-GCP/FDA knowledge, CTMS/EDC experience, and travel toDallas as needed. A life science degree and ACRP/SOCRA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• Experience with Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Houston site across multiple studies (Phase I–IV).
• Manage study start-up activities and site qualification visits.
• Coordinate visits and ensure protocol procedures are completed on time.
• Monitor enrollment and partner with recruitment to meet timelines.
• Serve as primary site contact for sponsors and CROs and maintain inspection-ready records.
