Job summary

ECN Operating LLC seeks a Site Manager to oversee clinical trial operations at the assigned site. You will manage study execution from initiation to close-out, ensure GCP compliance, and drive data integrity and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and liaison with Sponsors, CROs, and vendors. The role requires leadership, communication, and a patient-centric, compliant operating style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and minimum 5 years in clinical research management or equivalent.
• Experience working with IRBs, Sponsors/CROs, and vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, RealTime CTMS, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of study execution from initiation through close-out to ensure timelines and protocol compliance.
• Monitor site revenue and expenses, budgets, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Create and implement detailed operational plans including staffing, equipment, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory reporting per GCP, ICH, and local/national/international regulations; maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee data integrity and timely data entry and reporting; monitor submission timelines.
• Meet or exceed participant recruitment and enrollment goals with proactive strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for Sponsors, CROs, and vendors; ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Provide training and onboarding for new site staff; lead regular site team meetings.
