ECN Clinical is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to manage daily site operations at our Pomona, CA location. This role provides mentorship to coordinators, ensures protocol compliance and data integrity, and supports inspections and audits.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee start-up through close-out of studies, coordinate IRB processes, and maintain regulatory binders while interacting with sponsors and monitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field required.
• CCRC or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of clinical research experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with IRB processes, EDC, and GCP compliance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage clinical research protocols from start-up to close-out.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll participants per protocols and ethics guidelines.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data and source documentation.
• Schedule and conduct study visits and procedures per protocol and ICH-GCP standards.
• Prepare and submit IRB submissions and adverse event reports.
• Ensure timely data entry into electronic data capture systems.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, monitors, and regulators.
• Maintain regulatory binders and study documentation per FDA and GCP.
