Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead study-level activities, oversee CRO vendors, and ensure delivery of global trials across phases I–IV. You will manage trial documents, training, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while aligning feasibility and enrollment strategies with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of CRO/biotech/pharma experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate across matrixed global teams. Bachelor’s degree required, travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical research experience with CRO/biotech/pharma
• 2-3 years leading aspects of global clinical trials
• Experience working with CROs and vendors

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of project team activities and trial operations
• Oversee CRO/vendor identification, setup, and budgets
• Provide input on trial strategy from protocol to final study report
• Support subject recruitment plans and regulatory submissions workflow
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, and data flow across studies
• Assist in inspection readiness and risk mitigation at trial level
• Coordinate training materials at compound and protocol level
• Interface with internal stakeholders and study sites
• Assist onboarding of new team members and stakeholder updates
