Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training for clinical professionals and client teams. You will create learning strategies, oversee content development, and drive measurable improvements in learning effectiveness.

Reporting to the National Program Director, this role requires initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to Syneos Health locations as needed to train and onboard staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pharma/biotech training.
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles and ADDIE.
• Outstanding content design and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for multiple franchises via in-person, virtual, and workshops.
• Create and update training materials; ensure compliance with standards.
• Assess learning effectiveness and report outcomes using metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard and train staff.
