Stanford Health Care is hiring an entry-level Application Analyst I to implement, administer, and support Epic and related systems. The role offers a developmental path over 2–3 years from guided work to independent support and basic build activities, with emphasis on growth and AI literacy.

You will gain exposure to workflow analysis, incident resolution, testing, documentation, and cross-team collaboration while pursuing onboarding and training toward certification.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, CS, health administration, or related field.
• No healthcare IT experience required; internship or help desk is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported via help desk.
• Monitor production applications daily and troubleshoot issues during shifts.
• Assist in implementing low-complexity tools and workflow enhancements.
• Modify tables and master data under supervision and follow documented procedures.
• Shadow senior analysts to develop foundational analytical skills.
• Support testing for new implementations and upgrades.
• Document routines and workflows using established templates.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Analytics, and other IT teams; participate in meetings.
• Build AI literacy and use approved AI tools to support daily work, with guidance.
