Qualifications

• Independent NM licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychiatrist/ Psychologist) and two+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with SMI/SED populations (two+ years).
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff and review documentation.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for group supervision and quality improvement meetings.
