La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in New Mexico seeks a clinical supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative programs. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coaching on diagnosis and quality measures, and coordinating group supervision.

The role may involve direct clinical services such as biopsychosocial assessments and various therapy modalities. Requirements include NM independent licensure (LISW/LPCC/LMFT or psychiatrist/psychologist) and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for employment when needed.
• Background check, TB screen and drug testing required.
• Board approval as supervisor with counseling and social work boards

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff and review documentation for non-independently licensed staff.
• Offer coaching on diagnosis and quality measures.
• Coordinate group supervision with other supervisors.
• Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed (biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual/couples/family/group therapy).
