La Clinica de Familia in Southern New Mexico is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee multiple programs, providing clinical and administrative leadership. You will supervise staff, review documentation, and coach on diagnosis and quality measures while coordinating with other supervisors for group supervision, quality improvement, and operational meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment when needed
• Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards

Responsibilities

• Clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned
• Conduct individual supervision for assigned staff
• Review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching on diagnosis and quality measures
• Coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision
• Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings
• Provide services to patients including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
