Job summary

Community Health Alliance is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead supervision and professional development for clinical staff in a behavioral health setting. The role emphasizes adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology.
• Active Ohio licensure (LISW/LPCC/IMFT) with supervisory designation preferred.
• Minimum of three years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Behavioral Health State Plan Services Provider Requirements and Reimbursement Manual.
• Experience ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to clinical staff.
• Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and service quality for regulatory compliance.
• Support authorization requests by ensuring medical necessity and appropriate level of care.
• Track authorizations, denials, and expiration dates to support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with leadership and Revenue Cycle to address issues and train staff on payer requirements.
• Provide case consultation and evidence-based practice training to improve client outcomes.
• Foster collaboration among therapists, case managers, medical providers, schools, and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
• Provide direct clinical services when necessary, including assessments and therapy.
