Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations across office, home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes adherence to licensing, payer, and contractual requirements, with a focus on staff development and sound clinical decision-making.

The position may involve reviewing records, case consultations, and occasional direct clinical services, while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Valid professional license issued from Rhode Island in good standing (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience delivering community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience providing clinical supervision or direct clinical leadership preferred but not required.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) System or case management database.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight, supervision, consultation, and documentation oversight.
• Reviews clinical records, facilitates case reviews and staffing, and communicates follow-up expectations.
• May maintain a caseload and deliver assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
